Catering Packages & Event Terms:
We offer tailored catering packages to simplify your party and event planning. Each package can be customized to fit your unique event and menu preferences.
Booking & Payment Terms
Minimum Base Price: $600
Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking to guarantee your catering event date & time of service.
Important: Your catering date is not secured until the initial deposit is received. Fire Creations Catering (FCC) will hold your date for 48 hours from the time a proposal is sent (via text or email) without a deposit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
100% Refund: If canceled 30+ days Before the event.
75% Refund: If canceled 21 days Before event.
50% Refund: If canceled 14 days Before event.
$0 Refund: If canceled less than 14 days Before the event.
Travel & Setup Requirements:
Travel Surcharge: $1.50 per mile outside of Watsonville, CA (95076)- total charge based on round-trip.
Parking: Onsite or street parking at the front of the location Must be readily available for a full-size SUV & 10' Trailer.
Setup Space: A 10x10 ft flat, dry surface is required for service.
Walkway Access: A clear walkway is necessary from the parking area to the service site. Equipment is on wheels but difficult to maneuver over gravel, rocks, or grass. Assistance may be required if the terrain is challenging.
Weather Policy: Since it is very difficult to prepare & cook in bad weather- In the event of rain, the Client must provide a covered 10x10 ft space for operation t
